High School Equivalency/TASC

Would you like to earn your High School Equivalency diploma (formerly GED)?

Having this diploma will improve your ability to secure a higher paying job, get into college or start a new job training program.

There are several pathways to your HSE: TASC test preparation, distance learning, the National External Diploma Program (NEDP), the “Fourth Pathway” and the ACED Scholarship Program.

The Center for Workforce Development offers free HSE classes and HSE/job training classes for those who qualify.

There is a non-refundable, one-time assessment fee of $25.

How do you start?

First: Attend one of our monthly Information Sessions to learn about our programs and courses.

Next: Register for the TABE Entrance Assessment 

After that: At the Entrance Assessment, an advisor help you chose the HSE pathway that works best for your personal schedule.

Finally: When you have completed your program requirements, it’s time to celebrate at our HSE Graduation! What are you waiting for?
