Don Antinore, Culinary Arts Instructor
Chef Don has over 30 years in the culinary field and holds several designations, including Certified Executive Chef (CEC), Certified Culinary Educator (CCE) and Certified Culinary Administrator (CCA). He was also presented with an honorary Ph.D. in Hotel and Hospitality Administration from Boston University.
Beth Cimo, Administrative Assistant Instructor
Beth has 20 years’ experience teaching adults. She has pursued post-secondary coursework in Adult Education Studies and English at SUNY Empire State, and holds Microsoft Office Certification. Beth is NYS Adult Education Certified.
Tracy Hinkley, Legal Assistant Instructor
Tracy is a graduate of Genesee Community College with an A.A.S. in Paralegal Studies. She has several years’ experience instructing adult education programs and is Microsoft Office and NYS Adult Education Certified.
Dianne Madore, Adult Education Instructor
Dianne is a Certified Online Instructor, A+, Network+, Inet+, Microsoft Office Certified, and is currently pursuing Photonics certification. She teaches AutoCAD, SolidWorks and MasterCam and is NYS Adult Education Certified.
Tony Meleo, Adult Education Instructor
Tony is a graduate of Niagara University with a Bachelor of Science in Transportation Management. Tony has numerous years of experience in the building construction field and is NYS Adult Education Certified.
Michelle Pilaroscia-Homer, Dental Assistant Instructor
Michelle is a graduate of Monroe Community College with an A.A.S. in Dental Hygiene along with her Dental Assisting Certificate from Monroe 2-Orleans BOCES. She has 18 years’ experience as a Dental Assistant.
Linda Rabjohn, Medical Office Assistant Instructor
Linda has a B.S. in Health Information Management, 10 years’ experience as a Director of Health Information Management in a local hospital, and has been teaching adults for 13 years. Linda is NYS Adult Education Certified.
Paul Pettrone, Building Maintenance and Technology Instructor
Paul completed certificate programs from Monroe 2–Orleans BOCES, Center for Workforce Development, Monroe Community College, and Genesee Community College. He has experience instructing engineering courses, has spent numerous years in the facilities maintenance field, and is NYS Adult Education Certified.
Karen Marie Ragusa, Phlebotomy and Lab Services Instructor
Karen Marie is a graduate of Rochester Institute of Technology with a Bachelor of Science in Health Management and is a Certified Phlebotomist.
Melissa Sheldon, CDA, RDA; Dental Assisting Instructor
Melissa is a graduate of Genesee Community College with an A.S. in Business Administration, and earned her Dental Assisting Certificate from Monroe Community College. She is certified as a Dental Assistant by the Dental Assisting National Board and licensed by NYS as a Registered Dental Assistant. She has been in the dental field for 19 years, 15 of which were in private practice.
